STATE POLICY IN THE FIELD OF ROAD TRANSPORT OF UKRAINE, THE SYSTEM OF PUBLIC MANAGEMENT IN ROAD SAFETY, WAYS OF REFORMATION

This article will be focused on the safety measures in commercial automobile transport with description of strategical planning and current legal framework, the definition of central executive authorities system, the disadvantages of current system and the ways to improve safety condition in the extent of country. In case of passenger transportation, the urban electric transport (trolleybuses, subway trains on routes (lines) will not be taken in to consideration, because according to legislative framework of Ukraine such type of transport regulated by different laws and by-laws.
