Abstract

The article examines the international experience of anti-corruption courts and the peculiarities of the legislation of this institution in foreign countries. The concept and classification of specialized anticorruption courts and the results of their anti-corruption activities are considered. The features of the creation of anti-corruption courts in individual countries are studied. The role of international organizations and countries in the formation of anti-corruption courts in developing countries is studied. The positive and negative aspects of the creation of anti-corruption courts in individual states are presented.
