Abstract

The principles of cosmocentric orderliness of cyclic processes of the Genesis of mankind as a universal phenomenon of evolution of the unified system of the universe, reflecting the natural modifications of the material and spiritual spheres of conscious existence, are discussed. The article deals with the phenomena of transmitting the combined experience of scientific, cultural and social organization of intelligent Races and stellar civilizations of the Galaxy-the historical precursors of terrestrial anthropogenesis, which had a stimulating effect on the process of ascent of the noospheric consciousness of the earth community to a higher, spiritual level.
