HEMOTOLOGICAL PARAMETERS OF FEMALES KEPT WITH A VASECTOMIZED MALE

Abstract

This article shows the results of a study of blood parameters in females of the Kazakh whiteheaded breed after replanting a vasoectomized male. For the experiment, 40 females of 14 – 16 months of age were selected, similar in body weight and development, of which two groups were formed: experimental and control 20 heads in each. A vasectomized male of 14 – 16 months of age was placed with the females of the experimental group, the male who underwent vasectomy by "torsioning" the tail of the epididymis. Blood counts to a certain extent reflected the functions of the body after replanting a vasectomized male. We found that in experimental animals the content of erythrocytes, hemoglobin level, indicators of reserve alkalinity, total protein, calcium, β and γ – globulins , average BASK, Average LASK in blood, Phagocytic activity of neutrophils and Phagocytosis activity of females in the experimental group were higher compared to females of the control group. The leukocyte counts in both groups did not differ significantly, and the levels of phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase, albumin and α-globulins in the blood of the experimental and control subjects were similar.
