ODESSA YARD AS A PHENOMENON OF ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

Odessa courtyard is a brand of Odessa, its business card. We find information about his image and lifestyle in the literary works of M. Zhvanetsky, I. Babel, G. Golubenko, V. Paustovsky, Y. Olesha, Z. Zhabotinsky, Tarasul, L. Sushchenko, V. Khait, etc. the basis of the visual plot, presented in such feature films as "Liquidation", dir. K. Menshov, "Odessa Steamer", directed by S. Ursulyak, "Primorsky Boulevard", dir. A.Polynnikov, "Beloved woman of mechanic Gavrilov", directed by P.Todorovsky, etc. Films and theatrical performances, theaters, TV shows, Odessa folklore - everywhere there is an old courtyard as an organizing element. A large number of venerable and young Odessa artists dedicated their works to this unique phenomenon (N. Vylkun, A. Gavdzinsky, V. Kucher-Kutsan, S. Lozovsky, P. Nagulyak, A. Kadzevich, T. Romanenko, etc.). His images, imprinted in the public mind, are distinguished by a special color, emotional richness, and visual structure.
