THE GENESIS OF MOTOR (PHYSICAL) CULTURE OF THE PERSONALITY

Abstract

The relevance of the content and duration of daily physical activity as the basis for the development of the health-creating function of the basic human physical culture has been recently increasing. This is connected with the fact that the majority of representatives of the modern community is losing the valuesemantic competencies of the individual in understanding the importance of physical activity for the forming and saving human health on the background of growing general hypokinesia. The aim of the research work is the scientific and theoretical interpretation of the genesis of physical culture as a biosocial phenomenon and its role in the development of the health-creating function of the individual at different stages of culture genesis and in different conditions of biogeosocialcenosis. There were used axiological, retrospective, ethnoarchaeological, stratification and biogenic approaches in the research. The result of the research shows that the health of an individual is initially based on the hereditary potential of a biological species, but later due to the interaction with biogeosociocenosis it is implemented in a set of cultural-motor and cultural-behavioural algorithms depending on the social and subject environment. This determines the vector and level of development of the health-creative function of physical culture of the individual in ontogenesis.
