The task of implementing large-scale national, Federal and regional projects was set for the national healthcare Sector. The main directions for improving the work of health care institutions are identified. This required a review and transformation of existing approaches to medical management. Improving the efficiency of work involves improving the key indicators of medical and social efficiency of a medical organization. To solve problems in the management of a medical institution and increase the efficiency of its work, it is proposed to use the method of a project-oriented (flexible) model aimed at improving and improving processes, changing the methods and procedures in the organization that exist at the moment and their interaction in the future. (the AGILE process).
