ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF AMENDMENTS TO THE CONSTITUTION OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION RELATED TO CHANGES IN THE WORK OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The basic law of any country is the guarantor of the correct life of people at a certain historical stage. It often happens that life is changing rapidly, which means that the current legislation must undergo some changes in order to fully control the current situation in the country. These amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation create a completely new stage in the life of our country. Changes in the judicial system entail huge changes in the work of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, but it is not a fact that these changes will bring only negative aspects. The scientific novelty of this work lies in the fact that any global change is always accompanied by a huge number of different opinions, in this scientific article an analysis of some of the changes to the work of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation was carried out and conclusions were drawn about the admissibility and legitimacy of these amendments, as well as prospects for further development
