The article aims to contribute to the continuous reflection on the integration of technology into education. In order to achieve this aim, I will try to demonstrate the importance of use technology in blended learning and online education.
Technology has revolutionized the field of education. The importance of technology in schools cannot be ignored. In fact, with the onset of computers in education, it has become easier for teachers to impart knowledge and for students to acquire it.
The COVID-19 pandemic is quickly demonstrating why online education should be a vital part of teaching and learning. By integrating technology into existing curricula, as opposed to using it solely as a crisis-management tool, teachers can harness online learning as a powerful educational tool.
Technology in education does not include only teachers /lecturers and students’ interaction and role of technology in teaching. Moreover, technologies have been used as a major extent in governance and administration of educational institutions. Role of ICT has become one of the biggest in effective management of educational institutions.
This paper aims to describe and prove the importance of technologies in education and governing educational institutions.
