Abstract

The article presents and examines at the substantive level the reasons for the transformation of the functional structure of territorial formations of urban agglomerations, justifies the need to find for each territorial formation several options for the distribution of functional load, different in terms of resource costs and final results. In relation to this case, the properties of the proposed model are investigated and an algorithm for finding optimal solutions is proposed.
