Currently, information technologies are actively used in all spheres of human life, including in the field of physical culture. Traditionally, the use of information technologies in the field of physical education of students is associated with the improvement of the educational and pedagogical process, their intensification in order to develop the personality of the student. Currently, there is an active search for innovations in the field of physical education of students, but the main innovations begin with the usual physical education lessons taught in universities and colleges.
