The article presents current research on obstructive azoospermia - a pathological condition accompanied by the absence of sperm and spermatogenesis cells in semen and / or in the analysis of urine collected after ejaculation due to bilateral obstruction of the seminal tract at different levels. Issues of etiology, pathogenesis, as well as the causes of obstruction of the vas deferens.
