GELOTOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS OF THE FORMING AN OPTIMAL PSYCHOLOGICAL CLIMATE TO DEVELOPMENT OF THE COLLECTIVE OF STUDENTS IN CONDITIONS OF NEW UKRAINIAN SCHOOL

Abstract

At the beginning of the article authors emphasise at the questions formation of the student collective and the creation of an optimal socio-psychological climate with methods of gelotology. This young science about humor and laughter was opened by Norman Cousins in middle of 20 century. He was a journalist.

The research conducted demonstrated that psychological atmosphere is an important factor in becoming a psychologically healthy person. This level of progress can be achieved by reducing teacher`s authoritarian influence, supporting parents and establishing friendly relations in the class community.

In addition, the reader is informed about stages formation of gelotology as an independent science, about personalities of scientists who studied of the role of laughter and humor in education. Finally, authors assumes the attention to the teacher's personality, personal qualities and professionaly competencies.

In conclusion mentioned that gelotological aspect in organize of the educational process will contribute to the formation of a positive psychological climate. Authors claim that interaction based on humor is an ergonomic way of forming psychologically healthy and sacessful democratically comunity in education.
