Abstract

The article discusses the need to invest in human capital in order to increase its competitiveness. The influence of knowledge, skills, formed in the process of obtaining education, health and lifestyle on the formation of human capital is clarified on the example of the USA. The article analyzes the sufficiency of government funding of the spheres that directly affect its development according to the American model. Defines the American forms of human capital implementation in the digital economy.
