Abstract

Внешние воздействия на организм, которые изменяют психическую и эмоциональную деятельность человека, независимо от их масштаба, выступают своеобразной агрессией в ответ на которую мобилизуются различные защитные и компенсаторные механизмы, направленные на восстановление нормальной взаимосвязи с окружающей средой. Период адаптации к условиям обучения и проживания в казарме у курсантов провоцирует возникновение эмоционального стресса, приводит к дезорганизации деятельности функциональных систем, изменений психического состояния, развития в организме совокупности адаптационно-защитных реакций [1, 2].
