ARCHITECTONICS OF THE MECHANISM OF FUNCTIONAL TRAINING OF MANAGEMENT STAFF IN THE ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT

The role of ensuring the effectiveness of personnel management in the activities of the enterprise is substantiated. The expediency of introduction of the organizational and economic mechanism for the purpose of increase of efficiency of personnel management is noted. The main approaches to the effectiveness of personnel management are described. The list of criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of personnel management is summarized. The structure of the mechanism of functional maintenance of efficiency of personnel management and its development is offered. The mechanism defines the goals, objectives and tools that ensure effective personnel management. The stages of formation of the mechanism of functional training of managerial personnel are allocated. The necessity of taking into account the laws of group efficiency is substantiated in the process of forming the mechanism of functional training of management personnel in the management system of the enterprise.
