The article analyzes a number of normative legal acts regulating the issues of rights and protection of interests of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan carrying out temporary labor activities abroad. The mechanism of organized recruitment, pre-departure training of citizens, as well as issues of integration after returning to their homeland are analyzed.
