Abstract

The article analyzes the process and state of a special type of burnout - "burnout by routine", extinction, slipping into an existential vacuum, which has as its cause routine work, routine work activity. It is shown that with significantly different pathways of burnout in "classic burnout" and "burnout by routine", the results of these paths lead to very close psychological states that border on psychiatric states. An attempt to classify routine work is proposed, external (exogenous) and personal (endogenous) causes of possible "burnout by routine" are identified, symptoms of the process of sliding into an existential vacuum are noted, and possible ways out of this state are considered. It is noted that a much larger number of people need logotherapy, to acquire the meaning and purpose of life than those who seek appropriate help.
