It's no secret that today there is no industry in the world without modern technologies. Consequently, the process of integration in the industry is observed. This article examines the issue of human resources, which is one of the problems in the process of integration in the field of journalism. It says that more than 70% of the existing mass media in Uzbekistan have their own official pages on the Internet and social networks, which makes journalists even more responsible, they work at the international level, for this they work in higher educational institutions, as well as current journalists in as international journalists. The need to improve skills is emphasized.
