Анотація

This article is devoted to the issues of notarial provision of evidence on the Internet. The author notes that in view of the active digitalization process, it is important to provide evidence of the Internet. The article analyzes the types of violations in which evidence is provided on the Internet, and also examines the procedure for such provision.
