The article analyzes the problem of the formation of linguoculturological competence of students on the basis of systematic familiarization with Russian texts in the process of studying the Russian language in a non-linguistic university, since teaching the Russian language in the linguoculturological aspect makes it possible to determine a personality-oriented and communicatively targeted process that allows solving the problem of introducing students to values national Russian culture, to form the experience of communicative and creative activities.
