DOSLIDZHENNYA RIVNYA ROSVITKU REFLEXI I SELF-REGULATES AT VCHITELIV ZAGALNOOSVITNIH SCHOOL
Abstract
The article presents the results of an empirical research of the level of reflection and self-regulation in school teachers. The study involved 43 school teachers. The following methods were used: A. Karpov's method of diagnosing the level of reflexivity development; Questionnaire «Differential type of reflection» (D. Leontiev) Test questionnaire «Self-attitude of a person» (Stolin, S. Panteleev) Test of twenty statements on self-attitude M. Kuhn, T. McPartland; Questionnaire V. Morosanova «Style of self-regulation of behavior». The study showed average and high level of school teachers’ reflection. Self-regulation of behavior in general is presented at an average level. It was found that the indicators of reflexivity, reflection and self-regulation grow with age and experience of the teacher, but after 60 years, these indicators sharply decrease, which may be caused by teachers`' professional burnout and emotional exhaustion.
