FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL MOTIVATION OF FUTURE TEACHERS TO IMPLEMENT THE PRINCIPLES OF BUILDING A SAFE INCLUSIVE EDUCATIONAL SPACE IN

Abstract

At the current stage of development of higher pedagogical education in Ukraine there is a rethinking of the requirements for professional training of primary school teachers, who must have professional competencies to provide pedagogical support to junior students with inclusive education, which is directly related to the implementation of the New Ukrainian School Concept. The article highlights the meaning of the concept of «professional motivation», the composition of the structure of professional motivation of future teachers. Formation of professional motivation of future teachers to implement the principles of building a safe inclusive educational space of primary school involves the end-to-end inclusion of training forms and interactive exercises in the content of lectures and practical classes, which include discussion of professional health of teachers and its impact on student health, the effectiveness of the educational process of primary school. The main stages of the didactic game are characterized, which provides for the creation of the «Code of safe educational environment of primary school class».
